She was introduced to Bikram hot yoga in Australia and went on to Los Angeles, California, to train with Bikram Choudry. She was the first to bring Bikram yoga to Ireland and Galway some eight years ago. She is also a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor and specialises in yoga therapy for back problems.
